🍄 Level Up: 3 ways to increase your reach on X
Do you feel like no matter how much you try, no one is seeing your posts?
Do you feel that you can’t get anyone to follow you?
Do you feel like quitting?
Many feel the same, but today’s your lucky day.
When I had 5,000 followers, I used to get 1,500 new followers every month.
Here’s the playbook that helped me escape my tiny bubble
1. Replies
You can not imagine how much I hate replies.
But couple months ago I used to reply like a maniac, more than 500 times a day. And I have to admit that they helped me a lot.
When your account is small, the algorithm won’t push your content. So you have to be active all day replying to others.
Replying under others doesn’t mean that you’ll just go and send a bunch of GMs and replies like “💯” or “facts”. All these are bs…
You have to actually contribute to the tweet, and say something funny, or meaningful. (depends on how you want people to remember you)
But replies aren’t the best way to get some exposure. As I said I’m not a huge fan of them. If I could go back in time I would focus on this instead 👇️
2. Spaces
Spaces are the best way to show your presence and increase your reach.
When you’re in a room with X amount of listeners and you speak, you force them to listen to you.
You can’t do that with tweets cause the algorithm will silence you. But with spaces, you can express your thoughts better AND make meaningful connections.
Last Tuesday, I did 3 hours of spaces and left with 50 new followers.
Why? Because people resonated with my takes and my values.
Not only that but you also become a better speaker and speaking with power and confidence is one of the most valuable skills.
🎯 Challenge of the week: Get to speak on a space for 15 minutes a day for the next week
3. GMs
Last but not least, GMs are a good boost.
They’re not only cultural but also strongly pushed by the algorithm.
Therefore isn’t not a bad idea to include them in your tweeting routine, daily posting a GM and replying to like 20-30 other people’s GMs.
There were days my content wouldn’t get any engagement but my GM post would have 500 likes.
Note: Make sure you don’t ever do it and turn your account into a GM poster. That’s not how you want to build your brand.
🏗️ Building in Public: Slow by steady
Here’s a recap of what happened during this past week:
Building in Public🌐
This is my entrepreneurial week in a nutshell:
▶️ Brand Building is on trackSpent a lot of time on spaces this week and it was really good for my reach and engagement.

🔦 Community Spotlight: My content creation homie
Alex is one of the most talented and driven people I know.
We met each other when we both had around 3,000 followers.
We shared everything with each other and pushed ourselves to the limits.
We literally chatted every day and tried to break the algorithm.
It worked! In under 6 months, we both hit 10,000 followers!
Thank you brother for being in my journey and helping me push through. Let’s keep crushing it!
Give this man some love and support his newsletter, he deserves it. ❤️
