š Level Up: How I Manage Study, Work, and Side Hustle
Many of you know that Iām 22 and Iām in my final year of uni. On top of that, Iām addicted to this space called wed3. š
For the moment, Iām studying, building my brand, and running an agency.
Some of you usually ask me: āHow do you fill all that in your schedule?ā
The truth is that itās not easy, but itās certainly possible.
Hereās my technique:
The blocks technique
Humans CANāT multitask.
What we call multitasking is the rapid switch from one task to the other. Our brain isnāt capable of doing 2 things simultaneously. It can just switch the focus between different tasks at a high speed.
But when that happens, efficiency drops. Our brain is getting tired and we lose time switching tasks.
To avoid this, you need to make yourself work in blocks.
What this means is that you need to block off time and focus solely on a single task. Then after youāre done with one task, you move on to the other.
Keep in mind that youāre NOT allowed to start another task until youāre finished with the one you have.
In my case, for example, I split my day into 3 blocks of 4 hours each.
I start off with the most boring one (studying) and after 4 hours I start focusing on my content creation and branding. After these 4 hours are over, Iāll spend another 4 hours doing all the work that needs to be done for my agency.
āBut Bubits, do you even take breaks, bro?ā
Off course! You canāt do it without breaks.
In order to stay productive during these 4-hour sessions, I follow another method that I call the 5055 rule.
Again, I split each 4-hour session into 1s. During each hour, I deep focus for 50 minutes, chill for 5 minutes, and workout for another 5 minutes
Note: The workout is really important, cause you not only stay fit, but you also pump blood to your head, which helps you start fresh with the next sesssion.
4. 50-5-5 Rule
50-5-5 or 5055 is a rule that I figured out and it's really helpful for me
- 50 minutes focused on my task
- 5 minutes to chill (take a snack, scroll on Instagram, etc.)
- 5-minute workoutRemind yourself what the reward will be once you complete those 4 hours

Agency š¼
In terms of the agency, things were slow this week. I was mainly focused on studying for uni and spent a lot of time connecting with others.
The website isnāt ready yetā¦ Sometimes things take more than expected but I also need to make sure things are getting done in time. I canāt allow the same to happen with clients.
Content creation āļø
Last week, I said to myself that Iāll need to schedule content in order to save up some time.
I didnāt follow the plan and I already regret it.
Sales Bot š¤
Hereās where I need your help.
As Iām trying to get more and more clients into this tool I came up with this idea: Anyone referring a client (project or artist) will receive a 10% referral fee.
This is an open deal for anyone whoās reading this.

š¦ Community Spotlight: One of the realest people in the space
Serg is one of the most real and smart people Iāve met in the space.
At the age of just 23, he managed to work in one of the biggest crypto venture capitals with many years of experience in his back. Not only that but heās one of the most positive people Iāve met.
We met in Lisbon during NFC and went to grab some drinks. The chat we had will remain in my memory forever. That chat was so goddamn motivating.
He knows that Iām looking for a job and a couple of days back he sent me an application from another VC.
It might sound like a tiny act but things like these show you who actually cares about you.
Thank you brother for everything, youāre such an inspiration to me.
Follow this guy, heās such a kind soul.
