The art of not giving a f*ck
Get rid of unwanted stress
Happy Sunday everyone!
Only you can determine your future.
The fact that a 15yo somewhere in the world makes more than you, shows exactly that. You did something wrong or they did something better.
The point of comparing yourself to others is not to boost your ego or get depressed cause they seem better than you. It's important to analyze their case, see what was successful, and apply it to yours.
If you feel like you lost a lot of time, don’t worry. Make sure you won’t lose more. (That’s the only thing you can do now)
Trust the process and enjoy the read!

Grow your mindset: The art of not giving a f*ck
Have you ever felt limited in sharing your opinions when they weren't politically correct?
Have you ever posted a story to make others think you are having a great time even though you aren't?
Have you ever lied in order not to ruin your reputation or make friends?
It’s ok. We’re living in a digital society that forces us to act this way. It’s not easy to say no.
But did you feel ashamed as you’re replying “Yes” to any of these questions? If so, master the art of not giving a f*ck and throw away unwanted stress.
The simpler the life the easier it gets to enjoy it. “Okay, so how do I do it?”
Embrace your Imperfections
We all have our weaknesses. No one is perfect. So what’s the point in trying to be perfect? You simply can’t
What you can do though is fight to become 1% better every day.
Find those weak spots and work on getting better. There’s no problem with making mistakes.
Insecurities drag you down. Talk proudly about yourself. The power is in your hands to change something if you don't like it. Others are no better.
Fear of Social Rejection
An issue that I face in my everyday life is explaining my opinions which aren’t so aligned with what’s politically correct.
I’ve spent hours debating about something with friends and explaining my views. But if I wasn’t doing that and I wouldn’t feel free.
Also if I was allowing other people’s opinions about me to affect me, I’d have depression by now lol.
If you’re in the same boat as me and you feel limited in expressing yourself, go to your friends and debate. The worst thing that can happen is to lose a “friend” (someone who doesn’t respect your opinions).
If your take was off, real friends will help you see what’s true.
That’s the whole point of freedom of speech.
You can’t control the outside
If you are friends with everybody, you are enemy to yourself.
When I heard this quote, it really stuck with me.
The more true you stay to yourself, the more enemies you’ll make because others fear the unknown.
On the flip side, only the real ones will remain.
You’re the protagonist of your own story and you have the power to control only two things:
Your actions
How do you receive the outer events
Keep your chin up and continue being you.
The idea behind the art of not giving a f*ck is not to be apathetic or indifferent, but rather to set boundaries, say no to things that do not align with one's values, and focus on what brings joy and fulfillment.
