Always make the best move

How to always make the best move possible and why you should start writing threads ASAP

Happy Sunday everyone!

This is probably the toughest week of my life. I’m during my exam period, my dad is in the hospital and two projects are due in the next few days. I'm writing this, on a Sunday night and after that, I’ll need to deliver a website. (Kotto if you are reading this, don’t worry, it will be on time.)

As you imagine, life is a mess and I have zero free time. But let’s be real, time is never enough. And if there’s one thing that I realize these days is that human relationships are the single most important thing in our lives, it’s the source of all our memories. So, no matter how much work you have to do or how tight your schedule is, always find time during the day to have a chat with your parents, a friend or your partner.

I hope you are having a dope Sunday and enjoy your reading!

Grow your mindset: Always make the best move

Life’s like a casino full of tables. The different tables are the different games in our lives, for example, there’s an education table, a career table, a relationships table, or a marriage table, etc. Every single one of us is in this casino and we get to choose which tables we are going to play.

For example, I’m currently in the education table (attending uni), working but I don’t have a partner and for the moment I’m not looking for one, so I’ve dropped this table for now. But that can change based on my strategy, I can always drop one table or pick up another one.

The tables are constantly changing. There are two reasons for these changes, people’s move (someone decides to make a raise) or an unexpected event, like an earthquake, where the cards reshuffle and you need to start a new hand. Every moment demands a decision, and based on the decisions you make, it will be decided at the end of the night if you are a winner, a loser, or you broke even. The better your moves, the bigger the prize.

Thus, making the best move is crucial. But how do I do that?

All you need is to analyze the room and use your logic. Next time, when you need to take a decision, write down all the data you have, put your emotions aside (that’s the hard part) and plan your strategy. Taking a decision might require more time and energy but I can guarantee you that no matter the outcome you will have the peace of mind that you did the best you could.

That’s the essence of the “Never Settle“ title behind that newsletter.

Twitter Growth: Start writing threads ASAP

The Twitter algorithm is changing massively over the past few weeks and you can take advantage of it. Twitter will introduce creators' monetization and quality content will be promoted a lot more than engagement farming. If you are engagement farming or not even creating content, now it’s the best moment to start.

Something that I noticed is that Twitter started promoting threads a lot. I used to average 5,000 views on my threads, and in the past two I did, I got 50,000 and 600,000 views each.

On Twitter, I’m constantly dropping my alpha on how you can write eye-catching threads. Here’s something to read if you have a bit of extra time.

Twitter is changing for the better. Creating video content and writing threads are the best things you can do right now. Don’t sleep on it.

Note: If you need any help or feedback, don’t hesitate to reach out to me, my DMs are always open.

Azuki Twitter hack

Earlier this week, azuki’s twitter got hacked even though their account was secured using a 2FA app. Fortunately, they’ve regained control of their account and they are now investigating the incident.

On top of that, Kevin Rose lost over 2 million in assets by signing an off-chain signature that created a listing for all of his OpenSea approved assets in one go.

We are seeing so many scams and hacks lately, so please be cautious with your activity online. I feel that I’ll dedicate a thread or even the next week’s post on cybersecurity.

Bark & Leah break up drama

This Friday, Leah (Bark’s ex-girlfriend) posted a thread exposing Bark. All in all, she explained how Bark is getting paid by Maachi to run his account and that he broke up with her to chase money.

I’m not going to take sides on the breakup, as both of them have different takes, but I’ll just talk about the first part, as I feel that most of the things she mentions on the thread are valid. It was kinda obvious that this guy had to be a paid actor as it’s impossible for someone to be 24/7 on Twitter without making a penny.

It’s really scary to see people like him, taking over and have massive influence and to anyone reading this, I suggest you make your research before trusting someone, especially in the crypto space. There are many bad actors out there.
