3 Simple Ways to Practice Gratitude
Happy Monday everyone!
This is the first time that I didn’t make it in time. As this Sunday was the Orthodox Easter in Greece, I decided to take yesterday off. I walked on the beach, had a picnic by the sea with some friends, got home, watched some Netflix, and went to bed early.
I’m preaching a lot that you should have no unproductive days but sometimes your body needs a break. Yesterday, was an opportunity for me to recharge my batteries and prepare for this week.
With that said, taking days off sometimes is a must. Mental health comes always first.
Hope you have an amazing week and enjoy your read!

Grow your mindset: 3 Simple Ways to Practice Gratitude
Living in a big city is stressful. You go to work early in the morning and you get back tired late at night. Fasted paced life leaves you with zero free time and that’s damaging to your mental health.
These days, no boss cares about your mental state.
What helps me have a balanced life is practicing gratitude. Practicing gratitude not only helps me mentally but also helps me be more resilient, build relationships, and even improves my bedtime.
Here are some of the ways I use to practice gratitude daily:
1. Think of 3 things you are grateful for today
While you're taking your morning coffee in the kitchen, on the balcony or walking to work, consider three things you should be grateful for. It can be a beautiful sunrise or a nice email you got or even that you woke up healthy.
For this one, you need like 1-2 minutes and that’s it. It gives you enough motivation to crush your day.
2. Put yourself in extreme scenarios
This is my favorite. When you feel underwhelmed or stuck, just think about someone who’s having a way worse time than you. Imagine that X person who just lost their family cause of war, that kid who has no food today but no matter what it’ll go out to find something to eat.
Putting yourself in such scenarios helps you see that your problems aren’t as big as you think. Don’t let yourself cry over a lost job or a breakup. Somewhere else in this world, there’s someone who has 10x harder times but they’re still fighting and succeeding. If they can make it, so do you. Surviving is your only option.
This doesn’t mean that you should consider your problems not-worth noticing. The point here is to get that motivation needed to stop procrastinating.
Practice that every day for couple of minutes and your life won’t look the same again.
3. Make positive thoughts
Your day is over. You just hit the bed and you feel exhausted. Before you sleep thought, spend a minute to reflect on the positive aspects of your day. Think of all the good things that happened today.
This way you decrease your stress levels and help you sleep in peace.
Practicing gratitude can really change your mental health and how you view the world. Simply sending that 5 minutes every day, will be crucial for you.
NFT News Report
I thought about it and I’ll change this section of the post in another way that is beneficial for all readers. But this time will stick to the classic way.
Stay tuned for next week's post.
NFT NYC
This week was the NFT NYC. During that event people had a great time, connecting and making friends. Also Azuki announced a partnership with Line Friends a creative Studio.
Unfortunately I didn’t make it and got a lot of FOMO.
To anyone else who didn’t make it, don’t be afraid and let’s aim to make it in the next NFT event.
The next will be in Lisbon this June. I will be there, if you also make it there, just shoot me a message and we can connect IRL.
SushiSwap Hack
In March 2023, SushiSwap was the target of an attack. The attackers exploited a vulnerability in the project’s RouteProcessor2 contract to steal an estimated $3.3 million from SushiSwap users.
In case you were using SushiSwap to trade your crypto, use “Revoke Cash” to revoke any granted permission from Sushi. Hope this hack didn't affect you. Stay safe
Twitter partners with eToro to add trading feature
Earlier this week, Twitter mentioned that they are planning to partner with eToro, in order to bring crypto trading within the app.
Is something like that happens, we are going to see a global exposure to crypto, as there are over 450 million daily users on Twitter.
